Adecco US, Inc. Human Resources Benefits Administrator - Total Rewards in Wolcott, Connecticut
A decco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a client in search of a Human Resources Benefits Administrator-Total Rewards . This is a full time, permanent employment opportunity located in Hartford County, CT.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Administration of employee benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, disability, life and retirement plans
Development and implementation of benefit communication strategies, benefit programs, and policies
Supports on large scale projects such as implementations of systems, benefit plans' and annual open enrollment.
Maintains/updates benefit plan legal documentation, as required
Bbenefit operational support and benefit escalations from plan participants and HR Representatives.
Lead compliance projects and related reporting, such as annual retirement plan audits, Form 5500s, Summary Annual Reports, PBGC, Non-discrimination testing, ACA, 1094 and 1095-C filings.
Financial reconciliation and processing of monthly invoicing.
Support other projects within the area of Total Rewards
Qualifications Include but not limited to:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business,
A minimum of 1 year of benefits experience
Understanding of compliance requirements, and federal and state regulations
Excellent computer skills required including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as comfort working within HR Information Systems (HRIS) a plus
Compensation
$70,000-80,000 annual base salary plus bonus and comprehensive benefits
