Adecco is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team in Wilsonville, OR. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Job Type: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $22.15 per hour

Shift: Sunday: 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Mandatory nightly overtime. We work until the work is completed)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

  • Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records of received goods, and reject unsatisfactory items where necessary.

  • Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped.

  • Post weights and shipping charges and prepare goods for final shipment.

  • Examine, stock, and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.

  • May prepare kitting packages for assembly production.

  • Work on routine assignments where limited judgment is required.

  • Normally receive detailed instructions on all work.

Requirements:

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions.

  • Capable of performing routine physical tasks.

  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.

  • Attention to detail in checking goods and preparing shipments.

  • Willingness to work mandatory nightly overtime.

Pay Details: $22.15 per hour
