We are assisting a client in their search for a talented individual to fill this exciting position. This role offers competitive compensation ( $16.67-$16.79/hour ) over a 3 month contract period.

Available Shifts: Saturday - Sunday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM ($16.79/hr) or Sunday, Monday, Thursday, 5:30 PM - 8:00 AM ($16.67/hr)

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Prior experience in banking operations

  • Proficient with computers

  • Strong organizational skills

Description:

  • Prepares deposit transactions by sorting and processing checks, invoices, and envelopes according to established procedures.

  • Utilizes a specialized computer software program to accurately input payment information.

  • Follows detailed client instructions to ensure proper deposit preparation.

  • Creates and re-associates check copies with invoices and envelopes for record-keeping purposes.

  • Sorts completed batches for outgoing mail in accordance with client requirements.

  • Consistently meets or exceeds established department quality and production standards.

  • Maintains a clean and organized work environment.

  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Pay Details: $16.67 to $16.79 per hour
