Temp to hire after 90 days increase in pay after 90 days Job Description: (Please add to the description this is for our internal team to source and assess candidates) Assembly Assist the Line Technician with trouble shooting Support with inventory control Communication with coworkers on shift Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Special Requirements or Call outs: (ex: standing for long hours, lifting requirements, etc.) Most positions require standing for the duration of your shift lifting up to 20 pounds all positions require steel toe shoes PPE is required in the production area of the plant. Transportation/Parking Information (Is the client's site accessible by public transportation? Does client validate parking? Does client provide reimbursement for parking? Etc.) There is associate parking located at the site Conversational / Qualifying Questions: (Any interview questions you feel are helpful for your client. List things you would typically ask when interviewing candidates.) Are you ok with working overtime? Can you work 6/7 days a week? Do you have steel toe shoes for working the production area? Have you worked with Gestamp before? If yes local team will complete eligibility check; does not affect process. Assignment Type: (CPE, LT Temp, ST Temp, Temp to Hire, Etc.) Temp to hire Hours: (ex: 12hour shifts - 4:00AM4:00PM) 1shift 6:45am3:00pm $14/hr 2shift 2:45pm11:00pm $14.50/hr 3rd shift 10:45pm7:00am $14.50/hr Is OT required: Overtime is required PPE/Dress code: (list any PPE the candidate will need to provide. Ex: steel toed shoes) Steel toes and we will provide PPE equipment Talent Factory Delivery: (ex: Direct Send (offer accepted) Field Review (Internal Submission) + any overfill needs (ex: direct send overfill by 10) Direct send Orientations daily at 9:30a EST. Ppwk completion to be encouraged prior to appt. but not necessary. Education/Certification Requirements: None Experience requirements: (ex: entry level, 5 years, etc.) None we will train Assessments Needed: (list any assess testing needed) None Background Exception (Y/N) (Is file attached to order file tap?) Pay Details: $14.00 to $14.50 per hour
