Job Posting: Operations Administrator - Behavioral Health Facility (Full-Time) - Tucson, AZ

Position: Operations Administrator

Location: Tucson, AZ

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-call schedule and one late shift per month)

Pay: $28/hour plus (Based on education and experience)

About Us: We are a dedicated behavioral health facility committed to providing exceptional care to our patients. We are seeking an Operations Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with federal and state guidelines.

Job Description: As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our behavioral health facility, supervising staff, providing leadership and guidance, and ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility.

  • Supervise and support staff, providing leadership and guidance.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines and regulations.

  • Monitor and ensure that all processes and procedures are being followed.

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Handle on-call duties and work one late shift per month.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inpatient psychiatric facility.

  • Preferably, a degree in a related field (not required).

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience.

  • Passion for working with the behavioral health population.

  • Ability to be a team player and support a collaborative work environment.

  • Clean driving record.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
