Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Member Experience Manager to oversee and monitor the day-to-day operations of our centers, ensuring an exceptional experience for our senior members. This role involves partnering with the Center Manager to provide warm, welcoming environments and engaging programming. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating positive experiences for seniors and skilled in process improvement.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversee a best-in-class customer service experience, striving for continuous improvement

Respond to member inquiries, comments, and feedback

Provide training and coaching to center colleagues on member experience best practices

Monitor daily activities to ensure members have a positive experience

Set programming schedules for member events

Assist with resolving member disputes and providing coverage as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong customer service orientation with a warm and welcoming demeanor

Passion for providing quality experiences for senior members

High emotional intelligence and integrity with a focused work ethic

Proactive in identifying areas for improvement

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in hospitality, healthcare, or high-touch client services

Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
