Position: Behavioral Health Technician
Location: Tucson, AZ
Shift: Full-Time, 12-Hour Shifts (Day or Night, Including Weekends)
Pay Range: $16 - $21 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and flexible Behavioral Health Technicians to work full-time 12-hour shifts in Tucson, AZ. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with behavioral health patients, can think critically and quickly in challenging situations, and has at least 6 months of direct hands-on patient care experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and support in a behavioral health setting.
Monitor and document patient behavior and progress.
Assist with daily living activities and therapeutic interventions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of hands-on patient care experience.
Ability to be flexible with shift assignments (day or night, including weekends).
Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills.
Passionate about working with behavioral health patients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour
