Adecco US, Inc. Maintenance Service in Teterboro, New Jersey

Our client has an opening for Maintenance Service at their location in Teterboro, New Jersey. This is a full time, permament opportunity. If you mee the requirements below, apply now.

In this role, you will report to the Maintenance Manager. This position is responsible to develop and promote the Company products and services at the designated areas in order to increase the profit of the company as well as maintaining the existing customer base.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Responsible for answering customers' questions about parts and maintenance service.

  • Resolve customer's complaints via phone and/or email.

  • Provide prompt and excellent customer service for customers in emergency situations.

  • Machine trouble shooting

  • Create the parts quote and back order for customer both domestic and international.

  • Create invoice and prepare shipping by FedEx and UPS for domestic and international.

  • Arrange and go to business trip to customer site for both domestic and international.

  • Order Uline products for maintenance dept. and control dept.

  • Crating, moving machine, and organize the pallets

  • Receive and uncrate machines

  • Collect money from passed due invoices

  • Check and count inventory for parts every September and March.

  • Organize customer's information, modification and repairing information.

  • Organize and clean warehouse.

  • Bring parts to Nippon Express

  • Drop off parts to FedEx / UPS office

  • Back order to Japan when parts are out of stock in CA

  • Help other department for machine installation and modification.

  • Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

  • Maintains high ethical standards in the work place.

  • Reports all irregular issues and problems to management for solution.

  • Maintains good communication with management, other staff members and outside contacts.

  • Complies with all company policies and procedures.

  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Associate degree (AA) or Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from two to four years College or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

  • Experience in customer service and machine maintenance is preferred.

  • Driver's license

  • Ability to us general office equipment including phones, fax, copier, personal computer, printer, scanner, etc.

  • Proficient with Windows operating system and MS Office.

  • Available for frequent Local Travel and Domestic and International Overnight Travel

  • Required to frequently sit and occasionally must stand, walk, use hands and fingers and reach with hands and arms.

  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.

  • Ability to read and analyze data in hard copy and on a computer screen, measure or identify using eyesight and adjust vision focus.

Our client is offering compensation between $43,000-53,000 , plus benefits.

Pay Details: $43,000.00 to $53,000.00 per year
