Adecco US, Inc. Material Handler 1st Shift Saxonburg PA in Saxonburg, Pennsylvania
Material Handler with Forklift Experience for Rotating schedule 3 x 12 hours 1 week 4 x 12 hours the next week. You will be given the calendar for the whole year. Shift stays the same only days of the week change.
Wages: $1 7 .50 per hour 6am - 6pm 1st shift
Location : Saxonburg PA 16056
Duration : Temp to hire potential
PPE: Steel Toe Work boots
EDU : High school or GED
Bkg check, Drug screen, employment and education checks required.
Experience: 3 + months of previous Material Handling / Forklift Experience and Assembly of medical device manufacturing or similar industry.
Previous SAP experience welcomed!
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow all documented processes and procedures .
Physical transport of materials, and timely and accurate completion for all required SAP transactions using appropriate PPE and material handling equipmentE n sure finished product packaging using visual work instructions according to all regulatory requirements
Ensure the completion of all required transactional steps to receive and ship material.
Loads, unloads, and conveys materials within or near plant, yard, or work site, and performs a combination of tasks under specific direction which may include shipping and/or receiving.
Opens containers using hand tools; counts and weighs materials and records information. Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, conveyors, and machines by hand; loads or unloads materials into or from trucks by hand.
Conveys materials using wheelbarrow, hand truck, forklift, electric dolly, elevator, or other devices; stacks or assembles materials; aids machine operators by lifting heavy objects by hand or by use of power hoist. 1-3 Years of Experience • Ensure the completion of all required transactional steps to receive and ship material. REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES Requirements (Education, Experience, Physical Demands,):• High school diploma or GED• Working knowledge of MS Office applications• Ability to operate independently• Demonstrate problem solving abilities• Strong attention to detail• Experience in operating industrial truck (fork truck), may be required• Ability to work in team environment• Ability to quickly learn new IT systems, and tools. Preferences (Experience, Skills ):• 3-6 months relevant Material Handling experience including Forklift• Experience in medical device manufacturing experience• Knowledge of computer applications

Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
