A leading ink mixing company dedicated to providing high-quality products to our customers. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join our production team. This role is vital to ensuring that our production requirements and standards are consistently met.
Schedule- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Physical Work Duties:
Physically able to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods and heavy lifting up to 40 pounds.
Production Standards:
Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
Follow batch instructions accurately to ensure quality and consistency of products.
Packaging Tasks:
Complete packaging tasks such as canning and taping efficiently and accurately.
Machinery Operation:
Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.
Report any machinery issues to management promptly.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to use a scale for accurate measurements.
Basic math skills to ensure proper calculations and measurements.
Team Collaboration:
Work cooperatively with the production team to meet production goals.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, observing all safety guidelines and reporting safety concerns to management.
Professional Attitude:
Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude in the workplace.
Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
