Job Description:

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Remote Surveyor. As a Caller, you will conduct qualitative surveys with influential people in a community to understand their thoughts, reactions, and feelings on a variety of issues. Your role is crucial in helping us uncover how a community operates and what life is truly like there.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct longform (30-60 minute) surveys with community leaders over the phone.

  • Persuade respondents to participate and provide in-depth insights.

  • Maintain a positive and persistent attitude throughout the calling process.

  • Utilize Excel to manage and track survey data.

  • Communicate progress frequently and respond promptly to feedback.

Expectations:

  • Comfortable talking on the phone and engaging with people.

  • Experience with cold calling.

  • Proficiency in Excel.

  • Flexible availability, especially in the afternoons, early evenings, and weekends when respondents are more likely to be available.

  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous call center experience is not required; we prioritize comfort and effectiveness on the phone.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for optimal survey response rates.

Additional Information:

  • This is a temporary, project-based position lasting between 10-14 days, with the possibility of extending up to 1-2 months.

  • Hours are flexible but nights and weekends are most productive

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
