Adecco US, Inc. Packaging Operator Level 1 St Louis in Saint Louis, Missouri

ROLE = Packaging Operator

PAY RATE = $ 20.50 hr

SHIFT = 1st shift (Mon - Fri 6:00 am - 4:30 pm)

Med Screening requirements:

• Respiratory Medical clearance-standard OSHA form 1910.134 & renewal annually

• Fit test - confirmed seal worked on model #N95 8511

• Standard Vision Testing for all workers

• Baseline Standard Hearing Testing for all workers & renewal annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain high-speed packaging equipment (this includes some preventative maintenance tasks) all to be performed in a timely fashion.

• Perform settings/parameter changes on equipment and document as needed to achieve target efficiencies.

• Completion of shift handoff checklist to ensure thorough handoff of settings information.

• Support site OE initiatives. Continuous improvement ideas and implementation.

• Ensure the area escalation process is followed.

• Communicate findings related to line performance verbally and in writing, to support and diagnose root cause findings.

• Assist department leadership resolutions to resolve technical issues.

• Ensure adherence to applicable policies and procedures.

• Must be able to work both independently and as a team member Handle multiple tasks/assignments simultaneously

Minimal Education and Skills for Requirement:

• High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in high-speed packaging

• Ability to analyze and correct deficiencies in the operation of high-speed packaging equipment

• Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills.

• Demonstrated ability to respond with troubleshooting methods under time and delivery pressure.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain control in stressful situations, and perform well under pressure.

• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

• Experience in a GMP-compliant manufacturing facility

• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds for short distances Troubleshoot

• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Ability to read and interpret machine manuals, this includes diagrams and/or drawings, part numbers

Preferred Requirements:

• Quality Control and Item Inspection experience a plus

• Experience in High-speed packaging environment, and troubleshooting skills .

PPE and Dress Code Light Industrial Roles: Casual but appropriate wear; steel-toe shoes or boots are typically required. No clothing with rips, tears, or holes.

Education Requirements All roles require a high school diploma or GED, plus anything included in the job description

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
