Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience excelling in a quality and EHS role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the equipment manufacturing industry.
Deep understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, and other relevant quality and EHS standards is required.
Experience leading audits, risk assessments, and implementing EHS management systems is crucial.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage a diverse workforce are essential.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
A Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or similar certifications are highly desirable.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
