Adecco US, Inc. Installation Technician in Roanoke, Virginia

Adecco is searching for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team of Installation Technicians! We specialize in providing a wide range of mobility solutions, from wheelchairs and ramps to stairlifts and bathroom modifications.

In this role, you will:

  • Install and ensure proper functionality of various mobility equipment, including ramps, stairlifts, wheelchair lifts, and home modifications.

  • Work directly with clients to ensure their needs are met and answer any questions they may have.

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and colleagues.

Requirements (all roles):

  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality installations.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a variety of technician positions, each with its own specific requirements and compensation package:

Ramp Technician:

  • Entry-level role with a focus on safe and proper installation of wheelchair ramps.

  • Strong understanding of tools and their proper use.

Stairlift Technician:

  • Experience in electrical work and assembly.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot installation issues.

  • Excellent understanding of electrical currents.

  • Proficient in reading and speaking English.

Home Modification Technician:

  • Proven construction experience, particularly in bathroom and kitchen remodels.

  • Experience in electrical installation

  • Ability to travel overnight for some projects.

  • Proficient in using iPads, corporate credit cards, and online paperwork systems.

  • Ability to collect payments from clients.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
