Adecco's Permanent Recruitment team is assisting a large manufacturing company in Portland, CT. We are looking for experienced Tool & Die Maker. This is a full time direct hire (Permanent) job opportunity. If interested please APPLY now!
Position Title: Tool & Die Maker
Pay Rate Range: $20- $30/hr. depending on experience
Schedule(s)/Hours 1st shift 7 am to 3:30 pm (Mon.-Fri.)
Location: Portland, CT
Responsibilities Include:
ยท Build and design tools and gages from specifications
Maintains tools and gages in proper working order.
Uses tool drawings, operation sheets, and part prints to build and design tools.
Runs production equipment when required.
Supports maintenance personnel when required
Calibrates tools and gages.
Able to setup and operate all tool room equipment
Experience:
3+ yrs. experience in tool making.
Strong understanding of GD&T.
Able to communicate, converse with, express self, exchange information, discern, and convey messages.
Aerospace Industry experience is desired.
High School or Equivalent
