Adecco US, Inc. Customer Service Specialist in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

Job Summary: The Driver Coordinator will interact with company drivers addressing inquiries and resolving issues, providing a higher level of support.

Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Monday - Friday Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with drivers via telephone, email, online chat, to provide support and information on an all concern/issues once dispatched for delivery.

  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve drivers and concerns.

  • Maintains detailed documentation on all interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

  • Uses knowledge of a specific issues, service needs, or other areas of expertise to answer inquiries to forward to the appropriate staff.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.

  • Service-oriented and able to resolve driver issues.

  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Customer service experience required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 per year
