Job Summary: The Driver Coordinator will interact with company drivers addressing inquiries and resolving issues, providing a higher level of support.
Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Monday - Friday Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Interacts with drivers via telephone, email, online chat, to provide support and information on an all concern/issues once dispatched for delivery.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve drivers and concerns.
Maintains detailed documentation on all interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Uses knowledge of a specific issues, service needs, or other areas of expertise to answer inquiries to forward to the appropriate staff.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Service-oriented and able to resolve driver issues.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 per year
