Adecco US, Inc. Yard Worker in Phoenix, Arizona
Adecco is seeking a Yard Operations Associate to manage vehicle check-ins, detailing, and general yard maintenance for a local client in Phoenix, AZ! If you’re a hands-on worker with a passion for vehicles and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean facility, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Record and file information for vehicles checked into the facility
Thoroughly detail vehicles to enhance their value for auction
Recover and store keys, license plates, and other vehicle-related items
Assist visitors with guidance or by directing them to the appropriate team member
Perform general cleaning services, including washing cars and removing license plates
Mark vehicles and ensure proper organization
Monitor yard activity for compliance with company policies
Report any policy violations to supervisors or managers immediately
Assist with additional yard duties as needed
Job Specifications:
Ability to read and write at a high school level
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and towers
Ability to assist with light vehicle maintenance tasks
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable with activities involving stooping, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
General mechanical knowledge of vehicle makes and models required
Working Conditions:
This is primarily an outdoor role in all types of weather. You must stay alert to potential hazards related to heavy equipment and vehicles operating in the yard.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
