Join Adecco Healthcare in Phoenix, Arizona 85019 for a direct hire, full time role as a Bilingual Care Navigator and become a vital part of our client's team!

Compensation:

  • Up to $20.00 per hour, plus an additional $1.50 for Spanish proficiency.

Overview:

As a Bilingual Care Navigator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our members and their families have a warm and positive experience. From guiding members through seamless check-ins to meeting their care needs, you'll be dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Ideal candidates will embody strong customer service values, a passion for senior care, and a commitment to going above and beyond for every member.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet members warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel secure and comfortable.

  • Maintain and update member information in our electronic medical records system.

  • Coordinate appointments and referrals across a multidisciplinary care team.

  • Assist members with electronic paperwork as needed.

  • Manage medical records and ensure accurate documentation in the electronic system.

  • Address inquiries from prospective members, established members, and their families.

  • Handle incoming calls efficiently, taking detailed messages and ensuring information reaches the appropriate parties.

  • Support center events when required.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Fluency in Spanish or other relevant languages spoken within our community.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and positive demeanor.

  • Dedication to delivering high-quality experiences for senior members.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups including staff, providers, members, and external stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and electronic medical record systems.

  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general PC skills.

  • Adaptability and professionalism in a dynamic work environment.

Experience and Education:

  • Preferably an Associate's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Minimum one year of experience in a clinical or related setting.

  • Experience with electronic medical record systems is advantageous.
