Adecco US, Inc. Interior Building Maintenance in Peterborough, New Hampshire
Adecco Staffing is working with a company in Peterborough, NH to bring on a TEMPORARY Interior Building Maintenance professional to perform building maintenance. This is a 6-12-month position.
Hours: 7:00am -3:30pm Monday - Friday
Pay: $20-$25/ hour depending on experience
Position : Interior Building Maintenance
Duties :
Perform minor electrical repairs in community areas, including lights.
Basic carpentry needs.
Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.
Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed.
Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building.
Other duties as needed.
Required Skills:
Excellent customer service skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of basic math and geometry
Ability to read blueprints, plans, and diagrams.
Ability to keep track of expenses and follow a budget.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
