Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary:
Master's with associate-level licensure: Starting at $52,500+/year (based on education and experience)
Master's with independent-level licensure: Starting at $57,700+/year (based on education and experience)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Worker to join our team and help us make a difference in the lives of our patients through group therapy and individual support.
Job Description: As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive social work services, including group and individual therapy, to our substance abuse population. You will play a key role in developing and implementing treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions, and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide group and individual therapy sessions to patients.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Support patients in their recovery journey and provide ongoing counseling and guidance.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
Valid AZ licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT).
Experience working with the substance abuse population.
Extensive experience in group therapy.
Passion for working with individuals struggling with substance abuse.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Details: $52,500.00 to $70,000.00 per year
