We're on a quest to find a Float Medical Assistant extraordinaire to join our client's dream team in Overland Park, Kansas (zip code 66212, for those who navigate by barbecue joints).

Compensation: Up to $22.00/hour (because saving lives shouldn't mean living on Kansas corn)
Location: Where the prairie meets progress in the heart of Overland Park!
Your Medical Toolkit:
High school diploma or GED (as essential as Kansas wheat)
1+ year of Medical Assistant experience (bonus points if you can take vitals faster than a Kansas tornado)
6+ months of phlebotomy experience (vampires need not apply)
Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program (or similar healthcare training - we're talking to you, foreign-trained physicians and paramedics!)
BLS certification (because knowing how to save lives is kind of important)
EClinicalWorks or similar EMR experience (because paper charts are as outdated as covered wagons)
Geriatric patient experience is a plus (patience of a prairie dog required)
Your Superhero Skillset:
Emotional intelligence higher than the Kansas sky
Self-starter spirit that would make Amelia Earhart proud
Ability to work with diverse populations (from wheat farmers to tech gurus)
Communication skills sharper than a sunflower stalk
Problem-solving abilities that could tame a wild buffalo
Tech-savviness that spans from EMRs to Excel (because even healthcare heroes need to make a killer spreadsheet)
Wanderlust for occasional company meetings (no covered wagons required)
