Job Description
Answer phone calls and emails from customers, including: vehicle manufacturers, product dealers, and retail customers.
Take orders over the phone and by email.
Help pull and pack small parts orders for FedEx and UPS Shipping.
Required Skills
Microsoft Office, including: Outlook, Excel, and Word Documents
Ability to learn about products to help customers identify preferred products based off their vehicle configuration and wants/needs.
The ability to remain focused during busy periods, ensuring the completion and accuracy of customer orders. Attention to detail is a must.
Mathematical skills - ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers and fractions
Must be a capable team player.
Must be fluent in English. French or Spanish fluency is a bonus.
Quick Books experience is preferred, but not a requirement.
Pay for this position is $18.00 per hour to start. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401k plan.
