Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Customer Service Rep position opening in Orlando, FL. This is for a contract-to-hire opportunity. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Job Description

  • Answer phone calls and emails from customers, including: vehicle manufacturers, product dealers, and retail customers.

  • Take orders over the phone and by email.

  • Help pull and pack small parts orders for FedEx and UPS Shipping.

Required Skills

  • Microsoft Office, including: Outlook, Excel, and Word Documents

  • Ability to learn about products to help customers identify preferred products based off their vehicle configuration and wants/needs.

  • The ability to remain focused during busy periods, ensuring the completion and accuracy of customer orders. Attention to detail is a must.

  • Mathematical skills - ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers and fractions

  • Must be a capable team player.

  • Must be fluent in English. French or Spanish fluency is a bonus.

  • Quick Books experience is preferred, but not a requirement.

  • Pay for this position is $18.00 per hour to start.
