Adecco is seeking a motivated individual for a VP Broker within our expanding specialist reinsurance broking team. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team, providing support to existing clients as well as cultivating new business with insurance companies and retail brokers across all lines of business.
Must-Have Requirements:
Reinsurance experience
Strong Negotiation skills
Ability to manage Treaty Contracts
Experience in Account Management
Knowledge of Compliance procedures
Preferred Requirements:
Familiarity with Actuarial processes
Experience with Program Placements
5+ years experience in a similar role
Certifications: Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI)
Bachelor's degree
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
