Job Opportunity: Assemblers/Labellers in Nazareth, PA
Location: Nazareth, PA
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Card and Reader Programming: Perform day-to-day programming tasks.
Light Maintenance: Conduct basic maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Operational Procedures: Ensure all procedures are followed to achieve KPIs.
Special Requirements:
Standing: Ability to stand for long hours.
Lifting: Must be able to lift as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Compliance: Adhere to SOPs and work instructions.
Performance Standards: Meet performance standards to positively impact KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
Continuous Improvement: Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with peers and internal customers.
Machine Operation: Setup and operate various automatic and semi-automatic machines.
Manual Operations: Perform manual production operations as needed.
Maintenance: Perform daily 5S and preventative maintenance of equipment and surrounding areas.
Verification: Verify BOMs, programming requirements, product types, artwork, and markings.
Improvement Culture: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and communicating improvement opportunities.
Issue Escalation: Log and escalate potential issues to minimize safety, quality, delivery issues, and operational inefficiencies.
Root Cause Analysis: Participate in root cause, corrective, and preventive action activities.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
