Adecco US, Inc. Collections Representative in Mount Laurel, New Jersey
Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B Collections Specialist to join our team in Mount Laurel, NJ. This role involves heavy outbound calling, focusing on business-to-business collections. The ideal candidate will have leasing experience, strong customer service skills, and a background in accounting and cash application. A degree in Finance or Business is preferred. Pay Rate : $22.00 per hour
Assignment Type : Temp to Hire
Work Hours : 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities
Conduct heavy outbound calls for B2B collections.
Interact extensively with Canon's customers, providing exceptional customer service.
Apply strong writing and communication skills in all interactions.
Utilize advanced Excel and Word skills for data management and reporting.
Perform accounting tasks and cash application processes accurately.
Maintain organized records and documentation of all collection activities.
Qualifications
Experience in B2B collections and leasing.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Background in accounting and cash application.
Degree in Finance or Business preferred.
Additional Information
This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless specific business needs require in-office attendance on other days).
Work schedules and office reporting requirements may change based on business needs.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
