Responsibilities for Customer Service Agent:
· Receive Incoming Calls
· Identify customer in database, then identify service technician
· Dispatch call
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· 1 year call center or related experience
· Ability to work Weekends and Holidays
· Ability to work in the office or remote
· Various Shifts
These are long term temp to hire opportunities. 2nd shift position available. Starting pay is $16 /$18 if bilingual. Adecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits package in the industry to contract workers. Benefits are available to you as a contractor after one week of employment.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
