Adecco is recruiting for a contract Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter position with a premier financial service organization in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. If you're a motivated professional with a professional Sourcing background, it could be the perfect fit. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office at our Milwaukee location is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, and selecting top talent for technical positions. We are a Team of 5 recruiters, supporting engineering needs for the organization .

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting process for talent, ensuring a smooth and outstanding experience

• Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for roles across organization

• Source engineering professionals & build a strong network through experienced use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals etc

• Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awareness

• Maintain & utilize data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis

• Drive the offer process - including extending offers, negotiation, and closing candidates

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of engineering recruiting experience, preferably at high-growth FinTech companies

• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Digital Product Management, Innovation, Generative AI and Data Science

• Ability to identify and penetrate new recruiting channels based on research and industry knowledge

• Outstanding interviewing, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

• Strong team skills, ability to establish positive relationships with all levels of an organization

• Strategic problem solver with outstanding data analysis and analytical skills

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Pay Details: $39.50 per hour
