Exciting opportunity for an Outside Medical Sales Membership Consultant in Birmingham, AL.
Your focus will be on the senior community , ensuring that seniors who can benefit from excellent medical care are informed and encouraged to join your medical centers.
This role involves both B2C (business-to-consumer) and B2B (business-to-business) sales.
Effective community engagement, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Experience working with and a passion for the Senior Community is a MUST for this role.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary of $45-55k per yea PLUS unlimited commission potential

Requirements :
Education : A high school diploma or GED is required, and having a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience : At least 1 year of sales or community relations experience is necessary, with 2+ years preferred .
Healthcare Background : Experience with a health plan , FMO/benefits broker , or provider is advantageous.
Senior Community : Familiarity with or experience in working with or selling to the senior community or medically underserved individuals is a plus.
Driver's License : A valid driver's license is required.
