Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Controller to join their team. As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic guidance to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the accounting functions, overseeing day-to-day financial operations and ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
Coordinate and lead the annual financial audit process, ensuring timely completion and compliance with audit requirements.
Evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics to optimize liquidity and profitability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support operational excellence and achieve company objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting and finance to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles
Strong knowledge of GAAP principles, financial reporting requirements, and accounting software systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
Proven leadership ability with a track record of driving results and managing change in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
