A quality assurance (QA) professional, also known as a quality control professional, is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet company standards at various stages of development .

Their duties include:

  • Inspection: Conducting visual inspections and reporting and documenting findings

  • Quality control: Maintaining overall quality control, including reliability, performance, and customer expectations

  • Quality measurements: Creating quality measurements to track improvement in products

  • Process improvements: Proposing measures and process improvements to enhance operations, ensure reliability of systems, and minimize downtime, errors, and defects

  • Quality issues: Investigating reports of product quality issues and developing or updating procedures for product complaints

  • Risk management: Monitoring risk-management procedures and maintaining problem logs

  • Communication: Reporting issues to managers and product developers, and solving issues by speaking with other team members

Shift: 6pm - 4:30am (Must be able to work 12 hours and weekends)

Pay $18.00/Hr

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
