Adecco is hiring immediately for Repair Technicians in Loveland, CO. Repair Technicians do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $25.00-$30.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you’ll apply your hands-on skills to maintain and repair essential equipment in a dynamic manufacturing environment. From troubleshooting pneumatic systems and power tools to ensuring top-notch quality control and safety, this position offers a chance to enhance production efficiency and lead small teams.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • 1-2 years' experience in repair and maintenance roles within a manufacturing or production environment

  • Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic systems

  • Knowledge of standard safety protocols and environmental procedures

  • Forklift operation experience is preferred; certification is a plus

  • Ability to read and follow SOPs and technical documentation

  • Experience in leadership training and situational leadership is an asset

  • Proficient in basic administrative and reporting tasks related to repair schedules and quality audits

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
