Adecco is hiring immediately for Seat Assembler position at our client site in Louisville, KY.
While working as Seat Assembler within the Production department under the supervision of the Line Supervisor. They will be part of a team on a production line installing various components into seat assemblies while ensuring safety and quality standards. Even Simpler: The job is about putting parts together to make seats for vehicles in a factory setting while making sure everything is done safely and correctly .
Skill Requirements
· Experience in Production or Assembly
· Knowledge of Safety and Quality standards
· Ability to engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives
· Familiarity with 5S and World Class Housekeeping
· Skills in Problem-Solving
Preferred:
· Flexibility to work overtime and weekends
· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
