Adecco US, Inc. Store Supervisor in Lincolnshire, Illinois
We are currently recruiting for a Stores Supervisor for our Client site in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
The Warehouse supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse to successfully support the production facility. This includes, but is not limited to, safety, training, scheduling of manpower, process order picking, shipping, receiving, and Maintaining cGMP compliance. The warehouse supervisor operates under the direction of the Site Lead.
Role/Responsibilities
Coordinates and assigns the daily activities of all warehouse personnel to ensure that shipping, receiving, housekeeping, inventory control, and all other warehouse functions to support production are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
Provides cover for shift technicians, annual leave and illness cover
Plans rosters for shift pattern
Plans and coordinates cycle counting
Coordinates data entry to ensure that all receipts and shipments of supplies, raw materials, and components are entered into the operating system in a contemporaneous manner and follows Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs)
Oversees the accuracy of data entered by the inventory technicians
Reviews current SOPs as necessary to ensure cGMP compliance associated with warehouse operation. Maintains all warehouse records and documentation. Works within the eDMS system for SOP revisions and changes.
Maintains solid working relationships and close communication with client
Administers and evaluates the site's continuous inventory cycle count program to ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordinates the participation in facility safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.
Monitors Learning Management System to ensure warehouse personnel are current on all assigned material.
Manages all employee personnel issues related to performance. Conducts timely performance reviews of employees.
Identify opportunities to improve safety, process and efficiency within department.
Adherence to strict deadlines, providing timely, accurate information

Candidate Profile
Strong stores background with excellent administrative skills
Previous experience in GMP or other related discipline preferable
Proficiency using ERP systems ie SAP Maximo Oracle etc is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Excel
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask, work to deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
Fluency in English essential and must be confident in dealing with clients and vendors
Flexible approach to all areas of the role
Excellent people skills with a focus on building and strengthening the client relationship
A strong focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
