Are you a passionate and dynamic individual fluent in Spanish, ready to make a difference in the lives of our senior community? Adecco Healthcare is searching for an exceptional Bilingual Care Navigator to join our client's team in Las Vegas, Nevada 89108!

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr (Bilingual candidates enjoy a $1.50/hr differential)

Position Overview:

As a Care Navigator, you'll be the cornerstone of a welcoming and supportive environment for our members and their families. From the moment they step into our center to the moment they leave, you will ensure their experience is smooth, positive, and aligned with their care needs. We seek someone with a strong dedication to customer service, a passion for senior care, and the drive to go above and beyond for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and warmly welcome members, guiding them through a seamless check-in process

  • Maintain and update member information in our electronic medical records system

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for a multidisciplinary care team

  • Assist members with paperwork using electronic kiosks as needed

  • Request and upload medical records into the electronic medical records system

  • Answer questions from prospective and established members and their families

  • Manage incoming calls, take detailed messages, and direct information to the appropriate team member

  • Support center events and activities as required

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken within our community

  • Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude

  • A genuine passion for providing quality care to senior members

  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including staff, providers, members, family members, insurance carriers, vendors, and the public

  • Proficient understanding of medical terminology, insurance procedures, and electronic medical record systems

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Competence with PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to remain professional and adaptable in a dynamic work environment

Educational and Professional Background:

  • Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent experience

  • At least one year of experience in a clinical setting or a similar role

  • Experience with electronic medical record systems is an advantage
