Adecco US, Inc. Maintenance Technician in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin
Purpose of Job:
Performs duties within the parameters set forth in the quality system. Maintains equipment, building and grounds and performs routine maintenance duties as scheduled or assigned by C.O.O. and the needs of the departments. Responsibilities:
Repair equipment daily
Install or replace equipment as needed.
Perform general building maintenance.
Planning of daily repairs with Managers and Department Supervisors
Troubleshooting of all problems with equipment
Approves all requisitions for ordering and maintaining supplies for Maintenance Department
Provide maintenance support to Department Supervisors
Planning of future repairs
Coordinate and schedule equipment preventative maintenance and downtime for improvements and repairs needed.
Follow and maintain all company policies and procedures.
Follow and maintain safety policies and procedures.
Always keep a clean environment!
Update skills
Performs duties as assigned.
Authority:
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system.
Identify and record any problems relating to product, process and quality system.
Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
Job Qualifications:
1 to 2 years' experience in general maintenance
Experience in Electrical, HVAC, Pneumatics, Hydraulics
Familiar with various types of manufacturing equipment
Possess a strong preventative maintenance background.
Excellent communications with internal and external customers
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Prefer forklift operation experience
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
