We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Site Manager/Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in facility management.
Job Title: Site Manager/Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary: $60,000
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of facility maintenance including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities.
Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
Manage inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance and repairs.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
Train and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related inquiries and issues.
Work some weekends. Occasional emergency visits which include $100 bonus per visit.
Qualifications:
No degree required.
Proven experience in facility management or related field.
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
