Schedule: 5am-7pm

Job Description:
Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
Diagnose and resolve problems efficiently
Monitor delivery routes' progress
Verify haul-away pods and stamps
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1-year related experience in a call center environment preferred
Strong customer service and multitasking skills
Ability to excel under pressure and exceed customer expectations
