Adecco is seeking detail-oriented and professional Registration Assistants to join one of our largest clients for a short-term project. Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. These positions involve verifying participant information, providing materials, and ensuring a smooth registration process for our event.
Requirements:
Attention to detail
Ability to follow processes in a step-by-step flow
Proficient in speaking, reading, writing, and alphabetizing in English
Professional communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Duties and Responsibilities:
Verify participant identification against registration spreadsheet within Microsoft Excel
Provide participants with name badges, water bottles, welcome information, etc.
Flexibility to start work at 6:30 am and/or work late nights (up to 9:00 pm) on select days
Ability to work a non-standard schedule
Enter time with Adecco daily
Duties may involve a significant amount of walking and standing for long periods of time
Education:
High school diploma or GED

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
