Forklift Operator & Production Worker
Location: Kalida, OH
Shifts Available: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift
Overtime: Mandatory Overtime
We are currently hiring for Forklift Operators and Production Workers at our facility in Kalida, OH. These positions are available on both 1st Shift and 2nd Shift . Join our team today and help us maintain high standards of safety, productivity, and quality.
Forklift Operator (1st & 2nd Shift)
Pay:
1st Shift : $16.28 per hour (5:30 AM – 2:00 PM)
2nd Shift : $16.78 per hour (4:30 PM – 1:00 AM)
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a forklift to move, locate, stack, and organize inventory.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
Ensure all materials are handled according to safety and quality standards.
Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Assist with inventory tracking and order picking as required.
Work mandatory overtime as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of forklift operating experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be available for mandatory overtime.
Production Worker (1st & 2nd Shift)
Pay: Competitive (Based on Experience)
Shifts Available:
1st Shift : 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd Shift : 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
Responsibilities:
Perform welding and fabrication tasks according to company standards.
Operate welding machines, hand tools, and cutting equipment.
Inspect and repair welded products as necessary.
Ensure all welds meet safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean work environment and follow safety protocols.
Work mandatory overtime as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous welding experience required.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Must be available for mandatory overtime.
Pay Details: $16.28 to $16.78 per hour
