Adecco US, Inc. Case Manager RN in Irvine, California

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring remote Call Center RNs! This role is remote/work from home and all equipment is provided. You must reside within 50 miles of Irvine, CA for consideration. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:

Type: Four-month contract, opportunity for extension or fulltime offer

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm

Pay: $43.39 to $45.39 an hour

Responsibilities of the Call Center RN:

· Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements.

· Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems.

· Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.

· Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.

· Translates concepts into practice.

· Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.

· These roles identify, coordinate, or provide appropriate levels of care under the direct supervision of an RN or MD.

· Responsible for clinical operations and medical management activities across the continuum of care (assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating).

Qualifications for the Call Center RN:

• Bachelors' degree in Nursing preferred

• Current, unrestricted RN License

• 3 or more years of Clinical RN experience, resulting in excellent clinical skills and judgment
