We're on a quest to find 3 Medical Assistants extraordinaire to join our client's dream team in Independence, Missouri (zip code 64050, for those who navigate by presidential libraries).
The Heartland Highlights:
Compensation: $21-$23 per hour (because saving lives shouldn't mean living on BBQ sauce)
Location: Where history meets healthcare in the heart of Independence!
Your Medical Toolkit:
High school diploma or GED (as essential as Kansas City jazz)
1+ year of Medical Assistant experience (bonus points if you can take vitals faster than Truman could decide an election)
6+ months of phlebotomy experience (vampires need not apply)
Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program (or similar healthcare training - we're talking to you, foreign-trained physicians and paramedics!)
BLS certification (because knowing how to save lives is kind of important)
EClinicalWorks or similar EMR experience (because paper charts are as outdated as telegrams)
Geriatric patient experience is a plus (patience of a saint required)
