Adecco Healthcare is currently seeking a direct hire, full time skilled Bilingual Care Navigator to join our client's team in Independence, Missouri 64050.
Compensation: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Job Summary:
Greet members warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure while guiding them through a streamlined check-in process.
Update member information in the electronic medical records system.
Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for a multidisciplinary care team.
Assist members with completing paperwork via electronic kiosks, as needed.
Request and upload medical records into the electronic medical records system.
Address inquiries from both prospective and current members, as well as their adult children.
Manage incoming calls, take detailed messages, and relay relevant information to the appropriate individual.
Support center events as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken within the community we serve.
Excellent customer service skills with a positive and welcoming demeanor.
Passion for delivering high-quality experiences to our senior members.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including staff, providers, members, family members, insurance carriers, vendors, and the public.
Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance, and/or electronic medical record systems.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain professionalism and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Education and Experience:
Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum of one year of work experience in a clinical setting or similar environment.
Experience working with EMR systems is a plus.
