Adecco is assisting a client in their search for a Customer Service Representative in High Point NC.
Work Hours: 8am-5pm
Pay Range: $16-$18
Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service
Answer wholesale incoming calls and assist customers with questions, orders etc.
Wholesale order entry
Tracking Orders and providing that information back to customer
Answer sales calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner
Fulfill accurate quotations for customer accounts
Precisely enter wholesale orders into our computer system
Follow up with customers regarding tracking and shipping information
Attend vendor trainings to gain product knowledge & communicate with vendors on product information
Assist with the RGA (Return) Process
Back-up for switch board - answer incoming phone calls when necessary
Qualifications
Prior sales experience preferred including the potential to upsell
Ability to learn and retain product knowledge
Strong organization, communication and ability to multi-task
Background or interest in decorative hardware and plumbing fixtures

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
