Description - Manage and oversee the parts department, including inventory control, data entry, and order management system.

  • Ensure accurate and timely procurement of parts from suppliers.

  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete parts.

  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing services.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries, pricing, and availability.

  • Implement and maintain efficient warehouse management practices

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing parts management or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.

  • Proficient in data entry and order management systems.

  • Familiarity with HVAC, Electrical and/or Plumbing repair processes and terminology.

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers.

  • Ability to effectively manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage a large inventory of parts.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to procurement, inventory, and customer inquiries.

Note: This position requires working in a warehouse environment and may involve lifting heavy objects.

Salary Description

50K - 60K per year

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
