Description - Manage and oversee the parts department, including inventory control, data entry, and order management system.
Ensure accurate and timely procurement of parts from suppliers.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
Monitor and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete parts.
Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing services.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries, pricing, and availability.
Implement and maintain efficient warehouse management practices
Requirements
Previous experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing parts management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
Proficient in data entry and order management systems.
Familiarity with HVAC, Electrical and/or Plumbing repair processes and terminology.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers.
Ability to effectively manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage a large inventory of parts.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to procurement, inventory, and customer inquiries.
Note: This position requires working in a warehouse environment and may involve lifting heavy objects.
Salary Description
50K - 60K per year
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
