Maintenance Team Opportunity!
Use of electrical prints to diagnose/Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions.
Installation of piping, wiring, etc. in support of equipment installations and/or upgrades.
Refrigeration, working with Ammonia a plus. Plumbing a plus, HVAC a plus.
Read technical manuals to understand equipment and controls.
Troubleshoot Disassemble machinery and equipment when there is a problem.
Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components.
Perform tests to make sure that the machine is running smoothly.
Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications.
Detect minor problems by performing basic diagnostic tests.
Clean and lubricate equipment or machinery and Follow Preventive Maintenance Program.
Test malfunctioning machinery to determine whether major repairs are needed.
Adjust equipment and reset or calibrate sensors and controls.
Move machinery and equipment.
Maintain building repair and upkeep inside and outside.
480/277 and 120/208 VAC, 3-phase systems in both equipment as well as building.
