Adecco US, Inc. General Labor - Shift 3 in Fort Worth, Texas

Adecco is currently hiring Sanitation Workers for a warehouse environment in Fort Worth, TX.

Candidates will be taking the equipment and cleaning them. They will also be handling chemicals once they are trained. Cleaning equipment, floors, walls etc . The candidates will be handling some Chemicals like acids (diluted one) etc.

At the site, all necessary chemical personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided to candidates. Although there may be a slight Odor from the chemicals, rest assured that comprehensive training will be given on the job. Additionally, safety glasses will be issued to all candidates.

Case Room (Summertime the climate is 80-90 degrees)

Dragging empty cases off of pallets.

Essential Job Functions:

• Hand sweep and mop all floor areas.

• Pick up all plastic, slip sheets and debris using electric tuggers.

• Dump garbage cans.

• Follow all safety procedures including wearing all required personal protective equipment

• Effectively and safely operate and maintain the assigned machine and all related equipment to ensure all daily orders are met. After the contingent worker has been working they may be asked to learn different machines.

• Follow all standard work processes

• Verify wearing proper PPE before beginning their job.

• Monitor product to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded

• Complete If down, do list for this position when conditions dictate

• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and legibly

• Maintain reliable attendance, including overtime as needed

• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion

• Actively participate in Total Process Control activities

• Must be able to work around ingredients and/or finished products known to contain food allergens

• Follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements

• Accountable to the Client Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles

• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Pay rate: $18 per hour

Contract Length /Duration of assignment : 3 months.

Start date: ASAP

Shift details : 10:30PM to 7:00AM (M-F)

Dress Code:

Because this is a food manufacturing facility No face piercings, no lashes, no nails, no makeup, no bracelets, no jewelry.

PPE: Contingent worker should bring a bump cap and steel toed slip resistant shoes. Client will supply the beard net, hair net, gloves and any other PPE.

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Basic math skills

• Effective written communication skills, including legibility

• Strong attention to detail

Candidate will need to bring in rubber boots and a bump cap (mandatorily once selected).

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
