Adecco US, Inc. Supply Chain Administrative Assistant in Fort Smith, Arkansas

Adecco is hiring an Admin Assistant in the Fort Smith area for a top client.

THIS IS AN 8 WEEK CONTRACT ROLE WITH A POSSIBILITY TO EXTEND

Pay: $ 19.24/hr

Shift: Mon - Fri 8a-5p

Responsibilities:

• Fill out daily Key Performance Indicator sheets.

• Share daily status updates regarding testing

• Load data into a spreadsheet.

o Lead some of our daily meetings and collect action items (i.e., production meeting, Monthly Operational Reports, staff meetings

• Assist in SAP clean up and keep track of status (i.e., how many issues in each area do we have left)

o Fill in for PTO spots where applicable once trained.

o Will close out purchase orders in the inventor management system

Skills needed:

Accuracy

Ability to perform repetitive tasks well

Required experience/skills:

2 years of data entry experience

2 years of Excel experience

Familiarity with MS Office

SAP experience is a plus

Pay Details: $19.24 per hour
