Adecco is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Fort Payne, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for unloading containers, sorting products, and maintaining an organized and secure warehouse. If you are interested please read the position summary and qualifications below.
Job Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (unpaid lunch)
Job Description:
Physically unload containers and sort products, which may include plumbing supplies, vanities, and adapters.
Manual lifting from 5 lbs up to 125 lbs, with assistance provided for items over 50 lbs.
Must Have:
Physical ability to handle manual labor for 8 hours.
Dependability and strong work ethic.
Steel-toe boots for safety.
Qualifications:
Diploma/GED
Preferred background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory.
Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn.
Ability to manually lift up to 50 lbs.
Capability to stand, bend, twist, and pull for 8 hours a day.
Ability to read and understand work orders.
Responsibilities:
Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
