Adecco US, Inc. CNC Mill Operator - 2nd Shift in Fenton, Missouri
Adecco is currently assisting their client in their search for an experienced 2nd Shift CNC Mill Operator in Fenton, MO .
Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: Within two to three weeks.
Location: Intersect of Hitzert Court and Dodge Drive in Fenton, MO. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.
Pay: $23.25 to $ 23.25
Length: Temp to Hire
Hours : 2nd Shift: MONDAY - THURSDAY 2:15PM-12:45AM
Responsibilities for the CNC Mill Operator role include:
Setup, layout and operate various CNC lathes and/or mills
Reads blueprint or job order for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances and tooling instructions such as fixtures, cutting speeds, depth of cut and determines sequence of operations.
Selects, positions, and secures tool in tool holder.
Positions and secures work piece in holding device, machine table, chuck, centers or fixtures.
Moves controls to position tool and work piece in relation to each other, and to set specified feeds, speeds and depth of cut.
Sets up fixture, starts machine.
Requires ability to read precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
Observes operation of machine and verifies conformity of machined work piece to specifications.
Keeps work area clean and orderly
Follows all Company rules and safety policies.
Discusses errors in diagrams or production order with supervisor or engineer to clarify assembly problems.
Qualifications for this CNC Mill Operator role:
Minimum of one year of CNC experience required.
Completed High School Diploma or GED.
Steel Toe Shoes and Safety Glasses are required
Must have excellent attendance.
Ability to use common hand tools.
Ability to read drawing instructions.
Ability to stand for approximately 8 hours per day.
Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.
Pay Details: $23.25 per hour
