Adecco US, Inc. FACILITIES SUPPORT OPERATOR in Everett, Washington

Adecco is looking for candidates for an Entry-level On-Site Reception position for their client in Everett, WA.

Candidates must be able to learn quickly, want to gain new skills, be able to multi task, have a positive and welcoming approach and demeaner, strong customer service skills and be able to switch priorities quickly,

This position is a long term contract position. Candidates must be able to work On-Site Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00pm. and have reliable transportation. The candidate hired will spend half their day at one location and the other half at a 2nd location,

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer calls, emails, teams' messages and provide back up reception coverage as needed.

  • Greeting visitors and Informing the host their visitor arrived

  • Create visitor badges and log visitors

  • Message employees when deliveries arrive

  • Notify security when something out of the ordinary happens or an alarm is sounded.

  • Maintain office supply kit for meetings

  • Arrange catering for events when asked by management

  • Gather catering information and submit to catering team for processing. Work with facilities admin for payment processing and provide them with invoices and receipts

  • Mail Service

  • Sort mail and put in the mail slot next to the desk

  • Bring in packages left in the vestibule table (outside of the lobby) and place on package delivery table

  • Email employees if their mail is piling up

  • Other duties as assigned.

Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent. . .

Previous office experience is a plus.

Pay rate is $18-20/hour based on experience.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
